Terms of Service

By accessing or using ZWZ Bearing's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use our B2B bearing manufacturing services.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services or place orders.

ZWZ Bearing provides OEM/ODM bearing manufacturing services exclusively to business clients. Our services include:

• Custom bearing design and production
• Quality control and certification (ISO 9001, CE, FCC, ETL, Energy Star)
• Packaging and logistics coordination
• Technical support and consultation

Minimum order quantities and lead times apply. Contact our sales team for specific requirements.

All quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified. Prices are subject to change based on raw material costs, order volume, and customization requirements.

Orders are confirmed only after:

• Written purchase order received
• Deposit payment (typically 30%) processed
• Technical specifications approved by both parties

Standard payment terms: 30% deposit, 70% balance before shipment. Alternative terms may be negotiated for established clients with good credit history.

Accepted payment methods: T/T (wire transfer), L/C (Letter of Credit). Payment must be made in USD or CNY as specified in the contract.

Late payments: Orders may be delayed if payment is not received on time. Interest of 1.5% per month may apply to overdue balances.

All products undergo rigorous quality control including raw material inspection, precision production monitoring, performance testing, and 100% outgoing inspection.

We guarantee products meet agreed specifications and applicable standards (ISO 9001, CE, FCC, ETL, Energy Star as applicable).

Warranty: Defective products due to manufacturing faults will be replaced or refunded within the warranty period (typically 12-24 months). Warranty does not cover damage from improper use, installation, or storage.

Delivery terms are based on Incoterms 2020 (typically FOB, CIF, or DDU). Lead time varies by order complexity and volume, typically 30-60 days after deposit.

ZWZ Bearing is not responsible for delays caused by customs, force majeure, or third-party logistics providers. Clients are responsible for customs clearance and import duties in destination countries.

Custom designs created by ZWZ Bearing for clients remain the intellectual property of ZWZ unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients may not reproduce or share technical drawings without permission.

Clients retain ownership of their brand names, logos, and trademarks. ZWZ will not use client branding without authorization.

Both parties agree to keep confidential all technical specifications, pricing, and business information shared during the partnership. This obligation continues for 3 years after the business relationship ends.

ZWZ Bearing's liability is limited to the value of the defective products. We are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or consequential damages arising from product use.

Maximum liability per order shall not exceed the total contract value.

Any disputes shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes will be settled through arbitration in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China.

Arbitration location: Hebei Province, China. Language: English or Chinese as agreed by both parties.

ZWZ Bearing reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and take effect immediately. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of new terms.
